B’s Garden Clubs

Spend time in a cutting garden designed to inspire

One of the most exciting projects at my new flower field is the cutting garden.  This is an area designed as a series of small garden-sized flower beds to show you what you might be able to grow in your own cutting garden at home.  It’s called B’s Garden (see the blog post https://www.naturesposy.co.uk/2025/10/23/bs-garden/ for more about ‘B’)

B’s Garden Club

To keep B’s Garden looking at it’s best I’m inviting people to join B’s Garden Club.  At the club you’ll help to maintain the garden with planting, tidying etc and also be involved in planning the flower beds for the following season.  It’ll be a chance to get outside amongst the flowers, meet new people and probably end up with a few freebie flowers too!

You don’t need any previous experience to join the club, but you do need to be mobile and relatively fit. The ground is clay and the weeds are tough so it is a bit harder work than the average garden. That said, there will be dead-heading, cutting and a few other lighter jobs too!

For the time being there won’t be a set day of the week to meet, and you can come as often or as little as you like provided the flower field is open and I’m about. As the club gets more established we’ll look at meeting up on set days and I’ll start adding in a theme for the month; which might be seed saving, propogation etc. This will really help if you’ve joined the club to learn lots!

Little B’s

As it’s name suggests, this is a child-friendly version of B’s Garden Club. The idea is that kids can get outside and do something garden-y / flower related that will help to embed a love of nature and gardening into them for the future.

This a monthly club and we will have a specific focus each month such as sowing sunflowers, simple flower arrangements or bug hunting.

The club will run on the 1st Saturday of every month starting in April 2026, with the activity running from 9.30am – 10.00am. All children must be accompanied by an adult, and you can stay for longer if your child is keen to get to work in the flower beds too!

You don’t need to attend every month, but it is helpful if you could let me know if you can’t make it.

There is no charge for the club; this is my gift to you and your child.

If you’re interested in either of the clubs then drop me a line!
