We do not share your data with any other third party.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

How we protect your data

Our systems are protected by security software and password protected. We do not hold anything other than electronic records (i.e. no print outs of your details).

What data breach procedures we have in place

In the rare circumstance that we become aware of a data breach we will contact you to make you aware of the situation and circumstances. Any serious breach of details will be reported via the Information Commissioners Office if required. Other Terms & Conditions of Sale

Seasonality and longevity

We supply seasonal products. Every effort will be made to supply colours/styles to meet your requirements but as we are at the mercy of the British weather it may not always be possible to supply an exact flower at an exact time.

At the time of purchase, we may indicate how long a flower is expected to last. However, this is not an exact science and depends upon many variables including the conditions in which the flower is kept at its final destination. Flowers in full sunlight for example may not last as long. Therefore, any information given on longevity will be accurate to the best of our knowledge but may not be exact and some flowers may not last as long. The responsibility for the condition of all flowers passes to you as soon as you take receipt of the flowers.

Every effort is made to remove all bugs from flowers before sale. However, we are an organic supplier and we cannot guarantee to be 100% bug free at all times. If you do find a bug (such as an aphid), please gently remove it. With edibles, we recommend washing each flower before consumption to be sure that all bugs are removed.

Water or pollen damage

All flowers are sold in a small amount of water. Nature’s Posy cannot be held responsible for any accidental damage that may occur as a result of water tipping out of the container in transit. Similarly Nature’s Posy cannot accept any liability for staining from pollen should this occur.

Edible posies

Edibles are clearly labelled as such, and will be supplied with instructions for preparation. However, it is your responsibility to prepare flowers for consumption and we cannot accept any liability for incorrect preparation. You must only eat the flowers that are clearly labelled as edible and under no circumstances eat any other flowers from our non-edible range which may be toxic or give ill effects if eaten. You should be aware that some people may be allergic to certain flowers or pollens and extra care should be taken. If in doubt, do not eat the flowers. Nature’s Posy accepts no liability for any illness caused by eating the flowers; this is done at your own risk.

Refunds will typically not be made as flowers are sold ‘as seen’ in most circumstances. However, if you have made a part payment for a larger event and in the rare case that we are not able to fulfill this due to unforeseen circumstances then a refund will be made.
